Effective Communication / Conflict Resolution: NVC

Effective Communication / Conflict Resolution: NVC

By : -

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has helped me, my clients, and 1,000’s of people and communities around the world with conflict resolution and respectful communication. There are over 200 trainers (I’m an advocate, not an official trainer).

What is NVC?
Nonviolent Communication was created by Marshall Rosenberg, PhD. He’s a psychologist and world renowned international mediator. He’s funny and has powerful, touching, personal stories about politicians, business teams, communities, and families successfully communicating with his approach. A master in his field, he helps resolve conflict between groups in Isreal and Pakistan, for example. He uses 4 steps to guide people through stressful conversations.

The purpose of Nonviolent Communication is expressing observations, feelings, needs and requests. NVC trainers demonstrate how to do that empathically, really hearing others, asking questions, expressing, and receiving gratitude. I hope you invest some time in these amazing tools. You will see applications in every relationship you have. Start with a video clip below. If you want support, I’m available!

Be well,

Monique
