Coaching
 Coaching in the garden.
A Fresh Approach
Stress eats away at success in every area of life. Have you noticed? When coached to use inner wisdom to a greater degree, stress declines and clients thrive. The objective is to realize desired results via compelling conversations. Powerful questions evoke wisdom and reveal blind spots. Thoughts, behaviors and resistance are explored. Then strategies and action steps become obvious. As awareness and clarity increase, new skills are implemented, and more conscious choices happen. Monique’s non-judgmental philosophy and genuine warmth allow for an open dialogue, whether coaching individuals or groups.

Next Step
You are invited to contact Monique for a complimentary consultation/sample session. If you would like to experience a sample session, you may prepare by having an objective in mind, along with any obstacles you’ve experienced in trying to achieve the objective. If you have a substantial goal, identify a bite-size objective to achieve by the end of the session. If you don’t have a specific goal, she’ll ask questions…and, surely, one will arise.
Be well.
…I’ve since landed a promotion and enlisted Monique to coach a team member. I continue to receive positive feedback on my development from managers, peers and subordinates…and my wife. Monique is a wise woman. If
you're considering her coaching, it's probably one of the best things you can do.
