Session Structure

  1. Assess current clarity, vitality and equanimity
  2. Name your challenge or goal and bite-size objective for the call
  3. Practice mindfulness
  4. Inquiry about your objective from the perspective of the Human Self and Higher Self
  5. Brainstorm action for progress
  6. Notice resulting clarity, vitality and equanimity
  7. Receive support for progress and fulfillment

 

Preparation

  1. Review the Promises and Priorities of the Program: Life in the Zen Lane
  2. Identify your challenge or goal.
  3. Describe briefly what obstacles you’ve encountered.
  4. Narrow it down to one bitesize objective to address during the call.
  5. Email these to me prior to your Experience Session.
  6. If you don’t have time, we’ll do it together on the call.
